tahtacı is a Borsa Istanbul (BIST) swing-trading assistant providing live market data, technical analysis, portfolio tracking, and rule-based alerts. It is operated by Cansu, an individual ("Operator").
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service is offered as a single subscription tier. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged at the applicable monthly rate. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) resell or redistribute any data, signals, or content from the Service; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Operator is not licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) or any other regulatory authority to provide investment advisory services. All model outputs, technical readings, momentum scores, and alert levels generated by the Service are general, non-personalised technical analysis outputs. They do not constitute investment advice (yatırım tavsiyesi) as defined under Turkish Capital Markets Law No. 6362 or SPK Communiqué III-37.1, and must not be treated as such. The Service does not assess your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. You are solely and entirely responsible for all investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
Real-time and historical market data is sourced from Matriks Data and is subject to their licensing terms. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable during market outages. The Operator makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from investment decisions made based on the Service's output.
The Service is provided "as is." The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur. No SLA is offered at this time.
The Operator may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
