New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.
After the free trial, your subscription renews monthly. Because the Service provides immediate access to live data, signals, and portfolio features from the moment of payment, subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@cansu.dev. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Access continues until the end of the current paid period — no pro-rata refund is issued for unused days.
Refunds may be issued at the Operator's sole discretion in cases of significant and prolonged service unavailability (more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period) directly caused by the Operator. Market data outages caused by upstream providers (Matriks Data, Borsa Istanbul) do not qualify.
Payments are processed by Paddle. For billing disputes, contact hello@cansu.dev first. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
