tahtacı ("the Service") is operated by Cansu ("we", "us", "I"), an individual. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the Service and how it is handled.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password, collected at registration.
• Portfolio data: tickers, entry prices, lot sizes, and alert levels you enter manually.
• Session data: a session cookie stored in your browser to keep you logged in.
• Usage data: server-side logs may include IP address and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes. These are not shared with third parties and are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment card data (handled entirely by Paddle, our payment processor). We do not run analytics SDKs, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Service: authenticating your account, storing your portfolio, and delivering market signals. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except as required by law or to process your payment via Paddle.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Session data is stored in an in-memory Redis-compatible store and expires automatically after your session ends or at most 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@cansu.dev. We will action deletion requests within 14 days.

6. Cookies

The Service sets a single session cookie (SESSION) strictly necessary for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be communicated via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days in advance.
